Looks like WBAYDN is back to its utter tranquility after those two weeks and the Winter Break.

Back to work everyone? Dry January? Cheers.

    1) Falling Knife Spaced Out (6.5% canned 10/27/23): A NEIPA from Minnesota with Strata for flavors of orange, pineapple, melon, and mango. Dry and clean.
    versus
    2) Invictus Brewing Hazy Crazy IPAzy (6.5% no canning date): A NEIPA from Minnesota with Vic Secret, Jarrylo, and Amarillo for flavors of oats, citrus, pineapple, mango, herbal notes and bitter pine. (Correctly matched the two beers blind)

    Winner:
    1) Falling Knife Spaced Out:
Minnesota NEIPA Battle. First is Falling Knife Spaced Out with Strata. Nice flavors of orange, melon, pineapple, and mango. Smooth, flavorful, and dry, clean finish.
Next is Invictus. The beer name sounds like something served at Chucky Cheese. Pours clear. Interesting hop combiation. A bit of herbal and piney bitterness.
Nice to have a couple of IPAs that are sub 7.0%. Flavorful, dry, and not too sweet. Falling Knife makes a good one here.
