    It’s not What Chocolate are you eating now, however.

    A friend of my mother, near 90 year old was offered by a different friend of her a box of chocolates which she didn’t like and find a bit cheap, quality wise.

    She scoured a bit and it turned out that she offered her chocolates from ALDI, the cheapest she could find.

    My mothers friend was so upset she called her for that reason only complaining about that tight-ass b****.

    Sorry, it’s totally irrelevant here but I find this really funny. Old women’s problems. :rofl:

    We were out and about and stopped for lunch
    I caught my wife in mid sentence.

    Gaelic poutine and a Harp lagar, the poutine consisted of corned beef, bacon, cheese curds and a Guinness gravy. The beer was exceptionally clean and crisp tasting and crystal clear golden colored.

    1) Equilibrium Energy Evolved (8.5% canned 10/21/23): A NEIPA from NY with flavors of pineapple gummy bears and tropical push-ups.
    versus
    2) Equilibrium Infinite Entropy (8.5% canned 10/20/23): A NEIPA from NY with Mosaic, Galaxy, and Rakau for flavors of papaya, orange, passion fruit, watermelon, lime, blueberries. (Correctly matched the two beers blind)

    Winner:
    2) Infinite Entropy:     Another EQ NEIPA Battle. First up is Energy Evolved which takes their base mc2 with the addition of dry-hopping Galaxy. Definitely adds a nice juiciness to the beer and I think an improvement to the mc2, which I did in my last EQ beer battle.
    Next is Infinite Entropy. Nice flavors and they somehow capture the flavor of watermelon and berries in this one. Very enjoyable and complex, gets the win. I'm most proud that I could tell these two apart blind as I was beginning to think all EQ beers tasted the same. Fun battle today.

    Stille Nacht. Christmas beer from De Struise (Belgium).
    I did not have this with Christmas because of some traveling. Rather epic stuff from the Westvleteren region. What I like about this special beer is that it is not a liquid Christmas Cake, but a great beer :slight_smile:
