Happy Friday is right!! I picked up a Hop Tour Variety Pack and this was a part of it. Not my style, but I'll try any beer once. Not bad, but not something I'll buy again.

Is it bad that I'm drinking Bourbon County coffee at 2 in the afternoon when I have to be at work in 3 hours??
And my work involves lots of hot appliances, knives, and slippery floors . . .

Widmer Nelson DIPA. Pretty surprised by this one, wasn't sure what to expect from Widmer, but this beer is pretty damn solid, and the fact that I paid $7.00 for the 4 pack might just make the beer outstanding!!

Both these videos are great to get a sense of what the Italian brewers face. There is many more issues to face then just going against the wine culture. Starting a brewery in Italy is not easy.

The first video is in Italian without subtitles, but what is being discussed is the thoughts of what makes the Italian beer special and how they are also inspired by the American craft and by respecting the traditions with each style, all while adding their "italianità" (italianess) To me this video is very powerful in explaining many of the issues they face and the emotions that go into their brewing. And this shows that, how do I say this, that the Italian craft beer is exploding and it is only up to everyone who wishes to enjoy these beers and support this movement. While I can not change any ones mind in this, I would hope my passion can inspire. Just as I would love to explore the world of Beglians, my devotion and learning is into this 100 percent. I am hoping to have an EPIC Italian beer tasting in a few months in my town, and I hope to make people enjoy this. And the best part? I am going to try to make this FREE! I, Giovanni, do hereby say I am crazy! Cheers mates! :grinning:

Went to buy some FBS and they were all out. D: I knew I should have bought the three or four packs they had last time I went.

So, in need of my coffee beer fix, I anguished for a good 20 minutes between Bell's Java and this. It's good, but it's no FBS, that's for damn sure.
