Speaking of brewing, well not really, I have been making Kefir, from store bought Kefir and fresh milk. Actually, really good and as simple as putting it in the oven with the light on for 2 days, haha.

Batch 2, not quite as good as the OG but damn good. Cinnamon, vanilla, mild barrel in the finish along with a good amount of deep orange candy. Glad I splurged on these.

Hey, I have an 80+ Walt: great guy who is a lady’s man/ military/ tough rough and smooth like an entrepreneur he was… he helped me paint my house a few years ago, he had arms like Popeye, now seems years always catch up, but I love that guy, and he’s a great friend, so good job looking out for Bob!
