    Paired Guinness Extra Stout with our slow cooked corned beef and cabbage. 8 hours on low makes for melt in your mouth corned beef. :yum: Cheers!

    My only St. Patrick’s Day contribution, and only because I happened to have a few of these sitting around for about a year. Coffee has faded away almost completely, the beer now smells and tastes more like a cup of hot cocoa that’s been chilled. Quite enjoyable as is though.

    Guinness Draught Stout as the grill heats up. The ribs were slow cooked in Guinness reduction ( Guinness and brown sugar) last night, so reheat and mark and ready to eat.

    I just cleaned that all up. My 100yr old ash tree is shedding its branches. It was killed by the Emerald Ash Borer and has to be cut down. Really sucks. I loved that tree.
