Well the farm is called "Boergondie" adress Bellestraat 21 westouter. It's 10min from Poperinge. Close to this place you can do nice walks or visit a winery "entre deux monts" if thats your thing. They also have some nice cosy pubs at the Rode Berg. Which is the name of this region.
