Sciatica is a devil that is hard to calm. Lots of stretching helps the gnome, who has it periodically and coincidentally right now.

 

Picked this up a few days ago at Wegz and read the can wrong, thought it was a 4-09-24 canning date when it was actually a Best By date. However, I have to say, if it tastes this good one month after the Best By then I need to find some cans within the recommended date range because this still tastes pretty darn good. (!!)

Looks like moorings are in, and my friends wasted no time getting out on the water for cocktail hour.

Hope health and pain free days return soon for you Larry @tasterschoice62 . Contemplated a trip to an ER last weekend, and still a bit sluggish, but hoping further rest will get me back to normal after the severe pain subsided over two days.

Are you going to return to the kitchen this Summer with Fire repairs? Really hope you can get through with reasonable pain and endurance expectations, or can have others pick up some of the heavy lifting so you can thrive at work and home.

Will pop open a light and easy new to me beer and return over the next hour.
