    [​IMG]Having a bomber of Brash Brewing "The Bollocks". Pretty good DIPA but at 12% abv you can really taste the aclcohol. I would have it again.

    Nose is of fruit, apricot, fruitcake. Sweet taste, with notes of orange and cinnamon, decent alcohol backbone.

    I've been told numerous times by friends that I should give this a try. Finally bought one and got it into a glass tonight. Glad I did! Delicious cheap and easy to get bourbon vanilla bomb!

    Sorry, no pictures, but the line-up this afternoon was (in order): Westy XII, Alpine Exponential Hoppiness, 2011 Mother Of All Storms (along with some marinated steaks on the grill), and for dessert - a bottle of Berserker. Good gawd, this was a great day hangin' with "paulys55"! It was one of those, "I don't care, let's dig into our cellars, watch football, eat steak, and be a couple of carnivorous beer geeks type of day. All the people I've met here on BA have been cool, real, equally passionate about beer (big surprise there, huh?), and incredibly generous. Fist pump! :slight_smile:

    Just got off work. Sitting at the bar that I was behind just an hour ago sipping on a glass of 2012 abyss with about 1/3 shot of basil Hayden poured in. My first attempt at a beer/bourbon blend and il not in the slightest bit disappointed.

    Yep, I feel your pain. I drain poured mine and cracked an aged can of Carling Black Label to scrub that expertly brewed shit off my tongue. :stuck_out_tongue:

    just got home from another 12 hour work day and downed a bottle of little sumpin sumpinin two giant gulps and now moved on to a can of modus hoperandi. both pair well with hummus and popcorn in case you were wondering. bring on boardwalk empire!
