Well, my 'dinner' was delayed by strangers at the beach with a pellet-fired oven requesting I join them to cook my own pizza with ingredients they provided (and anchovies no less!!). Serious 1st world probs.

These teryaki chicken thighs got extra time marinating, and are going to be quite tasty after this delicious Pilsner Urquell.
