1) Elm Creek Hybrid Minds: Lupulin (7.0%): A NEIPA collab from Minnesota with El Dorado T45 Alora, Citra and El Dorado T45 for flavors juicy passionfruit, pineapple, lychee, honeydew melon.
versus
2) Drowned Lands Green Yield (7.2%): A NEIPA from NY with Amarillo, Simcoe, Citra, and New Zealand Cascade for flavors of dank honeydew, orange, mango, and peach. (Correctly matched the two beers blind)

Winner: Elm Creek Hybrid Minds: Lupulin
Minnesota IPA Battle. First is Elm Creek Hybrid Minds, a collab with Lupulin. Juicy passionfruit, pineapple, lychee, honeydew melon. Juicy and an excellent collab with Lupulin. Juicy and bright.
Next is Drowned Lands Green Yield. More tropical hops and flavors here. Orange, stonefruit, mango. Tropical, smooth, and lean sweet. Lots of flavor here.
I am really liking this Elm Creek/Lupulin Collab.

Thin Man BA Awesome Jenkins aged 22 months in Willett bourbon barrels circa 2021. Fucking phenomenal. I’d put it up against any non-adjunct BA stout. Community Beer Works MUST let Thin Man run a barrel program. It just has to be the way.
