Coronita gone in a couple sips. Moving on to Pure Project Gone Wandering. A well made hazy out of San Diego.

 

Can’t remember the name. But me and Mrs. Raul all having a nice Almanac West Coast IPA… Mrs. Raul wanted the Hawaiian style pizza. I’m on the fence about pineapple on pizza:

 

Just a coincidence but I just got home from my interview. Made a pizza for me and the misses with my fermented dough, baby peppers, Bella mushrooms, scallions, fresh oregano and fresh basil with a fine passata. Killer pie. Cheers!

 

OMG! What’s happening?!

 

Not a fan of pineapples on pizza . I do love everything else on a Hawaiian pizza , so either we do 1/2 or i pick the pineapples off.

I like pineapple on pizza - kind of a marriage of sweet and savory. Plus, I like the textural difference between the pineapple and pizza crust. It wouldn't be my first choice, but I wouldn't complain if I were served a good Hawaiian pizza. Cheers!!

Did I mention I’m drinking more Sam Adam’s Octoberfest? No? I knew I forgot something. Duh, me! Sitting on the front porch at FIL’s again, where it is getting abnormally windy.

 

Just not for me on pizza ,love slices ,chunks of pineapple or upside down cake
