Currently at Northern Row Brewery & Distillery. Drinking a Tosser...an ESB.

1) Toppling Goliath Mosaic Mamba (8.5% 8/12/24): A NEIPA from Iowa with Mosaic and Galaxy for flavors of orange, melon, and mango. Smooth. (Correctly matched the two beers blind)
versus
2) Toppling Goliath Fire, Skulls, & Money (7.8% canned 11/8/24): A NEIPA from Iowa with Citra, Mosaic, Galaxy, and Nelson for flavors of grapefruit and orange citrus flower, vinous white grape, gooseberry with some pine and berry to balance. Juicy, complex, and clean. (Correctly matched the two beers blind)

Winner: Fire, Skulls, & Money.
Happy Sunday BeerAdvocates. Time for a fun Toppling Goliath IPA Battle. First is Mosaic Mamba. Mosaic and Galaxy. Tropical with some citrus flower, but starting to fade a touch at four months. I thought this was pretty average for Toppling Goliath when fresh, but still great.
Next is Fire, Skulls, & Money. My all-time favorite TG IPA and possibly all-time IPA. Obviously freshness bias here, but this thing is drinking amazing. @GreenBayBA we need to petition Toppling Goliath to make this a flagship.

 

Halftime brew here ba. Figures the Jets start to play well when there’s nothing to play for. God damn fish. 24’ willettized, bba stout, lag. Decent but still a bit longing on the coffee. Heading out east after this,

 

Nice lean, dry west coaster from Phase Three. Sunday Cheers All!

 

I've learned anything from Phase Three with "Doggone" in the name... I know it's going to be superb.

 

Beer Advent days 5/6-Founders Breakfast Stout. Haven't had this one in a while. Always a nice revisit. Cheers!

Picked this sucker up at sheetz last night for the lulz and was actually really surprised at how good it is. Making some homemade boneless wings while I drink it.

 

Beautiful label. Is that a one-off?

Snake River Dirty 30 DIPA from my visit there in late September. This beer has held up extremely well. Kicking back with Redzone on mute and tunes for now. Cheers!
