I love King Crimson, but Foxtrot by Genesis gives that album a good run for its money. Any album that starts with Watcher and ends with Supper’s Ready… giddy up. Giles was great, but Phil Collins drumming at that time was hellacious. Cheers.

I'm sure this will not be a popular opinion, but most of my music opinions are not popular here...though Collins is an OK drummer, even pretty good...sure, fine. Giles could play in Miles' bands of the early 70's and not miss a beat. Can't say the same for Collins ha.

V-day dinner at Brick Farm Tavern. Only restaurant that gets Troon kegs

 

So I picked a mixed six for the weekend, and drinking from BA ratings bottom up. I do have a Teddy Bear Kisses much higher up; RN it's a Country Boy (KY) Mocha Latte. Real watery, it would be a hit in a room full of Budweisers, but that's about it. Rated it and it came up in my bottom ten.

 

In-school training for the teachers, so us support staff types were able to work during the day instead of the evening. Celebrating a rare getting-off-work in the daylight by grabbing a beer at Perry Street. This is their End Boss IPA:

 

Yeah, but if they hadn't gotten that mellotron from KC haha.
Not a hater on it, but Foxtrot is probably the 70-75 Genesis album that I connect with the least. Watcher, Cann-Utility and Supper's are gold. I can take or leave the rest.
