    Car repairs and haircut in the morning, chores in the afternoon, beer and cigar to start the evening.

    I heard two of these guys on an episode of “Wait Wait Don’t Tell Me” recently and I think GWAR and NPR are a match made in hell (in a good way).

    Starting my Saturday night with a Deschutes Black Butte Porter as I watch the end of the Alabama/ Tennessee game. Great time of year to be a college bball fan

    It was 55 degrees at 4 pm when I ran to the store. At 5:30 the temperature was down to 34 degrees. Typical NE weather.

    Looks like I’ve found my lawnmower beer for this summer. This is a very well done AAL, IMHO. Reminds me a LOT of Old Style, which is a good thing, again IMHO.

    So last weekend I was gifted a six of New Belgium Imperial IPA (which seems a silly name, since isn't the I in IPA "Imperial"?), of which 3 mysteriously disappeared last night; and a local, Mad Anthony Brewing's Irish Red. It's pretty decent, but not my favorite red. I suspect more IIPAs may disappear...
