I enjoy that beer though it dances on the line between just right and too sweet for my palate. Obviously a well loved beer. The next time I try it I think I’ll make sure I have a sidecar of rye to keep the sweetness at bay. For science! Cheers.

 

Clocking it again ba. Wrestlemania, 1st night tonight. I may go body slam a few neighbors. Several of them have their shirts off already, not a good look, but reasonable aggression enough right?

 

Sitting down for an outside dinner with an Amber lager from Sacred Profane. I just engaged in peak suburban American Dad behavior: drinking beer while cleaning pollen off the deck furniture and listening to Van Halen.

 

#2, out for dinner at Nick’s in Xenia OH now, this is Double Diamond, a very nice Maibock from Wolf’s Ridge Brewing out of Columbus OH.

 

Finally got hold of this one. Fantastic beer! Sweet and complex.
