High -Life on the patio. Caught the 2nd half of the double header last night . Ohtani goes 4/4 2 Hr & 2 doubles plus 5 walks ( 4 intentional) . He pitches 2night , so will be tuning in for him alone . Also had my second IGSRT on my basal cell on my nose today .

 

Totally get the sentiment of bad ownership being a long-suffering Cardinals fan with bad Bidwill family ownership/stewardship. Prior to that i grew up on Lions football which aside from a couple of playoff appearances and a few entertaining players (Billy Sims, Barry Sanders, Calvin Johnson) but again bad ownership and allegiances to failing personnel management peeps. And then there is the current Panthers owner. At least he has not thrown cocktails on opposing fans this season or given bar owners crap about protesting his bad ownership I'll stop now
Getting into a nice Oatmeal Porter from Highland in Asheville. Had this on tap at a recent event at the brewery so had to follow up!

Not familiar with the ISGRT approach but reads better than what i have gone thru with my time in the Michigan and Arizona sun damage over the years. Good luck to you!

No cuts involved with IGSRT instead they do 20 - 30 second zaps over a 7 week period . Was not familiar with it either , and happy i found it

 

I'll keep it in mind. My newest Dermo practice seems more progressive. I suspect i will have lifelong issues with basal cells, AK, etc.
On Veterans Day i am going in for treatment on pre-cancerous cells on my scalp and face, a combo of a cream and blue light treatment. A friend has gone thru some of that treatment with success.

Good luck on your treatments . Check into IGSRT for (basal or squamas), maybe another option for you. LOL on the Mod statement. One of our own mods @beergoot just recently had some IIRC
