What beer are you drinking now? #4780

My son and I are now trying Anchorage's Zombie, another one of their hazy ipas. I must say and with all due respect, Anchorage should stay away from hazy ipas.

 

I’ve been sleeping on buying this version, but local store is clearing them at $20/4 pack sonI bought two. Holy shit. The flavor profile is really different, with an almost barrel aged quality. It must be a bright hop or some caramely malt, but I say goddamn this is tasting fantastic fresh. No alcohol burn, but that 15.5% hits like a Mack truck. My beer budget this quarter is soooooo fucked.

Noble Savage + rar collaboration, Fuel for your Dreams, a triple IPA… This is fully flavored with out any alcohol heat or hop burn, quite good. Cheers!

Sometimes you gotta sample straight from the chrome. EDIT: Yep, getting the Alchemist effect here - better from the can than from the wide glass I had it in earlier.... tightens the hop oil/aroma impression, and the bitterness is there from the can. Interesting.
