At Wishful Thinking enjoying a Sovenance Amber Lager (a collab w/Requim Bier in Philly). The office was quazi-opened today with a few people going in and most not. Most customers are on vacation right now anyways and if they are in, talking to a Sales person is the last thing on their mind so what's the point?

Happy Boxing Day, BAs. I felt like getting out of the house before the expected snow begins so I popped over to nearby Double Tap Brewing. Starting with an Italian Pilsner, The Boot, named for a local legend - Newark mobster Richie “the Boot” Boiardo. Cheers!

 

If this dreary damp and damp day is not a prime candidate for a hearty stout, I do not what is!

Wishful Thinking - On The Rise (Coffee Stout). This drinks extremely well with roasted coffee, toffee, and berry. Really enjoying this one!

I’m on to a Christmas Stout, Yule Shoot Ur Eye Out Kid, at Double Tap Brewing. Chocolate and orange zest. It’s one of those “glad I tried it” brews. I’ve joined Double Tap’s Beer Lab/Mug Club and look forward to spending more quality time here in the New Year. Cheers!
