Time to start drinking beer again, I reckon.

 

#2, out for dinner with Mrs O at Bonefish Grill, this is Chestnut Praline, a nice, sweet, nutty Winter Warmer from Southern Tier.

 

Clever Girl. An IPA brewed by Triple Crossing.

 

It's basically an open face sandwich/tuna melt.. the main thing that made it good for me was removing as much water from the tuna before toasting/broiling it. I used a fine mesh strainer and sautéed(olive oil and bit of butter at the end for flavor) it till very little moisture was present. Great way to curb the effects of alcohol

I really can’t believe how few there are. Sierra Nevada did one ages ago that I loved. I can’t really remember any others. In my area, harpoon does an amber ipa every fall. I love that too. But that’s about it.
