Have a good Monday. I slept in most of the day. Finished the Trump Tapes by Bob Woodward in one day which was 4.25/5. A bit rough to listen to at times, he kept wanting to go off topic. Finished Postwar by Tony Judt Sunday Morning. 5/5 buying a hard copy for the maps and pictures. Got 66% through Choke by Chuck Palahniuk, while not nearly as good as Fight Club it's interesting. About a sex addict that scams people by pretending to choke in upscale restaurants and they "save his life", meanwhile most of the narrative seems slow and plot progress is hard to follow. Book is not as engaging as the plot synopsis led me to believe. He knows a bunch of weird medical facts which is fun. 3.5/5 Also we got the cat distribution system working for us. We started feeding some feral cats, and they are almost comfortable enough to come inside. A Tortie and a Tuxedo cat. Both are female as far as I can tell. We got to take them for an exam and chip scan to see if anyone owns them first


Festlich Haus Oktoberfest from Aldi (rock well brewing). Great all around clean Munich malt flavors and balanced noble hops!

My wife is making Aldi skillet dinner aka fancy hamburger helper in the instant pot. I am still hitting the bong with the bumblebees on it. Made some fresh ice in the freezer. Watching some youtube tech videos.

Aldi Great pines IPA. All around great WC IPA. Centennial and galaxy hops. Mix of juicy and dank. Clean malt backbone.
