    I've not seen Einstok beer in my neck of the woods, so I grabbed a sixer of their Wee Heavy. It was a bit of a disappointment, looked at the canning date 22Oct24.
    WTF, they ship their old stale beer west?
    I gotta do better.....so should they.

    Clear, brown pour; opaque dark brown in the glass; thick head, light khaki color; moderate sudsy denseness, long-lasting with sticky sheets and rings of foam inside the glass. Big roasted coconut smell right off; burnt toffee and brownies; grain char. The taste amplifies the aroma; deep, rich chocolate tones; toffee and nougat; roasted peanuts; fairly intense grain char bitterness. Heavy body; dense and silky with an overall sticky quality; subliminal alcohol warmth.

    This beer is a grain char and toffee lover's dream. Lots of peanut and toffee qualities throughout with a mouthfeel that literally sticks with you. Good stuff!
