This sub looks so good, a proper two hander!

 

Wernesgruner Grapefruit Radler from Aldi. Great fluffy head retention for the style. Aromas of big vibrant ruby red grapefruit juice soda and citrus peel/zest; light cracker grain and herbal/grassy hops. Taste follows with vibrant ruby red grapefruit juice soda, and citrus peel/zest; light cracker grain and herbal/grassy hops. Light herbal/grassy/spicy hop, and citrus zest bitterness on the finish. Touch of citrus tartness. Medium high carbonation, light body, and crisp/clean/refreshing finish. Balanced grainy malt, sticky hop, and citrus zest acidic mouthfeel. Light lingering soda flavors after the finish. No cloying. Very flavorful on vibrant grapefruit soda flavors. Solid lager beer presence, a bit less malt presence than the lemon radler, but I liked this one more overall. 4/5

This is a new one for me because the local emporium had it in their singles at $1.99. I could not resist and bought 2. Depending on how this finishes, I will try to see if the other 4 are still there in the morning.

Wow, as I used to say when I lived in RI., the nose is wicked good!
