Post bison taco beer is a Terrapin Depth Perception DIPA.

 

Another IPA brewed in Virginia (not Richmond regrettably). 6th Lord brewed by Basic City.

 

I agree. Can't wait to drink it in the heat of the summer. Gonna taste even better.

Have a good Tuesday. Been sleeping a lot the past few days. I finally finished Mastery by Robert Greene today and it was 4.25/5 psychological self help book. Basically a detailed history about prodigies like Da Vinci and Einstein and tons more and how they became the masters in their fields with constant study. Started The Time Traveler's Wife by Audrey Niffenegger which is pretty fun 4/5. It starts out with a sex scene after the first date and they he randomly jumps around to other timelines to meet himself and her as kids etc.

9/23/2019 Founders CBS. Still wonderfully rich on milk chocolate fudge, maple, and coffee. Perfect barrel balance and complexity. Mild barrel booze of 11.3%. Lingering drying barrel tannins and bitter coffee against sweetness. Still have a few left I think.

Bacon and cinnamon rolls. Doesn’t get much better than that.

Brix City
Pasta with chopped clams, plum tomato, fresh flat leaf parsley, white wine, evoo and loads of thin sliced toasted garlic. My favorite way to eat clams and pasta. I use whole littlenecks mostly but this is a quick dish. I use Ancient Harvest pasta which is nit like the real thing but as close as you're going to get. Regular pasta is limited around here. We don't need that carbs. This pasta is made from Quinoa, corn and brown rice and it's not too bad!
