A tasty little specialty porter while I brew up a small-batch, all-grain honey lager while a brief, mid-March snow storm blows through the area...
No it means other people, like myself, aren't doing their part.

A toast to your Grandfather. Obviously a great man who left behind a meaningful legacy. He drank long from the cup of life...as I wish for all of us...
How is it? I keep eyeballing it at the store...
Knee Deep Hopotologist DIPA.. cheers!
Haha. No doubt. They debuted a documentary at a local cinema not too long ago. It was great.
I'll be honest, I am not really getting this style at all... and more so this one just seems like a slightly hopped up pale ale.. It's ok, it drinks fine, but I am really not into it. The last good "white IPA" I had was from Harpoon... but it's not like I really understand this "styles" angle but that's just me.
Just had that at a tasting 2 weeks ago. Loved it!
Man, this stuff goes down wayyy too easy

How does the brett come across in this? Thinking about using it to finish a saison started with saison DuPont and then dryhopping it with nelson.

2/20something/14? Cigar city needs a new stamper,
Also trying a Monday Night Brewing Blind Pirate DIPA from a local bottle shop, not too bad. I'll be keeping an eye on these guys when I come back to Georgia.
Feeling like a crisp, refreshing brew tonight.
Adds some mango/passionfruit notes with a slight acidic funk. It's really hard to tell where the brett stops and the hops take over. I used nelson in this IPA as well, and I think brux trois and nelson are made for each other.
Bock'n it now...
