Going to a Santa Fe Java Stout, not sure what's on deck...
Still holding up nicely for a late January bottling. Fantastic.
Citra/galaxy Belgian IPA. I still love it after 6 months in the bottle, but I need to remind myself to let the ferment temp rise to mid 70s next time. I left it in upper 60s and the yeast is all pepper and cloves. No bubblegum or banana to speak of, but a good amount of tropical/citrus fruits still holding on.
I have to ration these carefully.
Best in its class.

A friend (who doesn't like beer) said this is amazing. It's okay, but not amazing.
Drinkin on an Orval after coming home from work and then having to shovel the drive-way for about an hour and a half. This winter has definitely over-stayed its welcome. The beer? Orval is welcome any day. Looking forward to warm weather and a sippin fine Belgian pale ale (like this one) on the backporch.
