    I'll have to second that. My first ever parabola and it's amazing and so smooth and drinkable! The bourbon is perfectly blended and aged so well. Beer goes well with cheese right? So why not mac and cheese? Paired my fantastic drink with some left over mac and cheese from a m&c cookoff I went to last night and the pairing is working oh so well...

    Was craving a big stout, and luckily had one more of these hiding in the beer fridge.

    Haven't had this one in awhile. Great RIS. Huge roasty espresso, cocoa, malty notes.

    Second time using my pump, this time I decided to empty the mash into the keggle with the pump, instead of draining it to a bucket and dumping it in the top... love moments of genius like that! lol

    And onto this, a friend picked this up for me on his recent trip to grand rapids, a pretty hoppy pilsner! 30 minutes left in the boil, then whirlpool and adding 2.0 oz of fresh roasted coffee, 1.5 oz cocoa nibs, 2.5 oz bakers chocolate, and 0.4 oz williamette hops while it chills.

    From last night. I didn't have a chance to post. My girlfriend and I hosted a party last night so I was nowhere near a computer.
