    That's what I thought too - commonly referred to as trub or lees, but according to the back of the can:

    "If you MUST pour it into a glass, you may find that some of the hop resins have settled to the bottom - leave them in the can when pouring"

    Is it still yeast though?

    Like you said, whatever it is it's a damn delicious beer. Cheers!

    I thought tonight would be a good night to break out one of my favorite beers to date. Collage. For those who don't know it, it's a combo beer of Deschutes Dissident and Stoic with HotD Adam and Fred aged in several different whiskey, sherry, etc. casks. Delicious. Cheeeeers!

    started night off wih 3 celebrations on tap...then met up with some guys i went to school with (and work with), with a PBR and B.Nektar IPA, now back at home with a dirty bastard and have a BCS in the fridge..gonna be a nice nightcap!!

    I sit on Devil Dancer until it evolves into malty barleywine.
    Going to do the same with all but 1 bottle of Bolt Cutter after tasting on draft.

    Sweeeet. A Detroit local place had a ton of DD last time I was there - about a month ago. Shit, if it morphs into Bolt Cutter, I will take it any day....
