    Mystic Brewing Entropy. Unbelievable tasting. So smooth and aromatic, and my bottle did not explode! I've dubbed this "Son of Utopias", and from what I heard/read they plan on continuing to age this, blend it and bottle it. Like Utopias.

    1-2 oz is more than enough though. No carbonation means the flavors linger like a tawny port or cognac. BCBS is as strong abv wise, but this drinks heavier. IMO

    In my universe, Big Stouts are better than little baby stouts. This is good...but it's a little baby stout.

    (Damn Pumking goblet is stuck in the rotation thanks to @jzeilinger.)

    Happy almost Friday ba. Working on a 4 pack of west coast, the now, imperial version. Dry, hoppy, and pretty good but I still wouldn't put it past wrecker.
