    Got up early and went into the office to wrap up some outstanding issues then ran to the gym to put in some work.

    5 Min EMOM of 3 Deadlifts @ 385
    then
    10 RFT
    15 Cal Airdyne
    8 burpee pull-ups
    - 19:00

    Hitting up a new brewery today with the little lady and some friends. Until then enjoying this fantastic brew by O’dells. It’s damn near perfect but just a TAD too sweet...just too much caramel on the back end and takes away from the hop profile. Super juicy and fruity and finishing with just spark of bitterness. Overall an extremely delicious brew!

    That's Callicoon Brewing's Country Lager. It's a Classic American Pilsner in style, and it is great for what it is, extremely well made. And the perfect beer for right about now!

    I think canned IPAs are becoming my obsession. Love fresh sculpin out of the can. Pregaming before going to the bar to pregame for the race. Yeah I'm pregaming twice for a two minute event. It's absolutely fine.

    Mine was $4.09 :wink: This is one of the best Black IPA's I've had. Up there with Wookey Jack, Stone Sublimely Righteous...However, best bargain.
