    [​IMG] had to try the Westy 12 at least once! Wouldn't rate it the best beer in the world but still pretty damn good! Tastes best at room temp. Very fruity and tastes of belgian yeast, about the same as ST banardus 12 or Rochfort 10! Anyone else have other comments on this world class brew??

    [​IMG] I smoked a small tri tip roast tonight and omigod, was it good! Easy prep, fast smoke time (approx. 2:45), and I gotta do more of these! [​IMG]

    Now it's on to some Dirtwolf while listening to new Black Keys. A damn near perfect day, in my opinion!

    After working most of the evening, I am quitting to enjoy this beautiful Saturday night with a beautiful woman. Must say, I love this thread and love seeing and hearing about all these wonderful beers i've enjoyed and hope to enjoy. I felt a bit adventurous, so that explains the Stone=) not bad! The Two Hearted is delicious!
