Belgian Triples will eventually change you.
Also, it's takes four Golden Monkeys (or more, if possible) to fully appreciate it's qualities and reveal it's mysteries.
    I think.

On a side note, Incorrigible is one of the best Berliner weissbiers I've ever had, and at 5-6 bucks a bottle its a deal. New Holland has been doing some good stuff lately.

I really feel Golden Monkey is severely underrated. I am the #1 Tripel ***** because it's my favorite style, and Golden Monkey is honestly one of my top favorite US brewed Tripels. Since Coriander is used it isnt really traditional, but it compliments the flavor profile so well.

Was in the Sacramento area and had a chance to stop in the Knee Deep Brewery today. Great tasting room. Awesome staff.

Walked out with a case of bottles but this one really stood out. Bottled Friday-6/27. This is an awesome beer. So fresh!

 I'm gonna have to start looking for another case of this.. :stuck_out_tongue: But only 6 months 'til fresh! :grinning: Just delicious. Going to turn on the newish "21 & Over" for the first time and really focus on unwinding. Cheers

Things got a little exciting at the "ranch" as we had a little brushfire caused by an errant firework.....[IMG]

Thankfully my son was alert and doused it with water before it torched our three pines that block the neighbors.........
[IMG] [IMG] Cleaned the gas grill, cut the grass, cleaned the patio, tiring day but ready for Indepence weekend at last. Cheers!

 I know, I know.. where did that Bigfoot go :stuck_out_tongue: I'm just in a good mood today. First day of a Disabled in the Workplace Program (that my bosses agreed to for the entirely wrong reasons ); I think of myself as a pretty empathetic person but I was still nervous. Just frustrating having everyone rely entirely on you.. when you're the subordinate. Not trying to complain about it at all, just wish I worked for better people. It went great, though, for anyone wondering.

A perfect song for this good mood. Cheers

Deschutes Brewery - Inversion IPA. Not bad, but I have had a lot of IPA. This one is a little above average. By the time I drink 3-4 it starts to taste even better lol!

Just got back from FW barrelworks - Enjoyed tastings of Agrestic, Sour Opal, Bretta Rose, ZinSkin and Ol' Leghorn. Criticisms: Only 3oz pours (@ barrelworks) and the tap room only does growler fills of year round offerings. However, having those beers fresh, in the moment, and at the source...counts for a whole lot. All in all solid offerings and a very enjoyable experience! Cheers everyone!

I've been holding onto this bomber, my last Dugana, for at least a good year since it oddly stopped being distributed here completely. Partly because I remember once enjoying a two-year old one that I thought held up astoundingly well for an IPA, and partly because I was too sad to part with my last one. But I felt it was time:

Still as addictively dank, hop-laden, and delicious as I remember it! Truly exquisite hoppiness. Not to mention pretty to look at. I'll always remember and reminisce...
