Agreed! I don't see aging my last two four packs of BB like I planned. Night Out somehow confirms that.

I drank this and as the clock struck midnight it literally went from hoppy goodness to a malt bomb. Enjoy by 12/21 indeed. It's awful now. [IMG]

Tonight I drank a LOT of beers; highlight was 07 old stock French-pressed through brandy-soaked figs, followed by Veritas blended with White Birch.

Yet another from Jan of this year, really need to let the last two I have age some more (and of course stock up on the latest and not touch them for at least a year like I did with this one... well, almost a year).

Finally back home after a long and brutal semester. Before making it completely home, I stopped by my favorite craft beer bar (5 mins from my house) and was greeted with a great big hug from the bartender and was poured a glass of this without prompt:

Nice tall glass of Lagunitas Sucks! It's good to be back.

(And celebrating with some of the finest black metal, as always)

Oh hell yea, do the cellaring(assuming this is fresh). I have been making sure my stash had an aged bottle of Yeti for about 2 years now. Yeti consistently blows my mind, which is why I always make sure I have cellared bottles. I think I still have a March 2010 bomber on me at the moment. It just keeps getting better with age. It is my top RIS of all time, completely world class in my eyes(and palate). I am also a huge fan of the yeti variations too, especially Chocolate Oak aged. Cheers

I just got into Ohio tonight for the Xmas Holiday week I get off work.

Just opened Old Guardian 2012, and this is seriously delicious. They did a great job with the new hops this year. This reminds me yet again how much I love BWines, even though I don't have them that often
