Filled my large snifter with this Berkshire RIS. The remainder is being used to marinade some beef for dinner.
Pre-game in Baltimore. Go Yankees!
Enjoying one of the Jdubs Up Top IPAs that were part of my birthday cake given to me by the best wife ever! Best cake I've ever gotten!
The dragons milk rocks.
Looks like everyone's Friday is off to a great start! What could be better than a bottle of Sucks?
A BIG BOTTLE of Sucks, that's what! (In an unofficially licensed @jhartley pint glass, even!!)
I think y'all are in need of another Styx fyx, so here goes ...
... chosen to incite some irresistable air guitar and sing alongs in the BA ranks! (C'mon! Ya know ya wanna!)
Cheers and beers to y'all!!!
Trying a Rogue Hazelnut Brown Nectar for the first time.
Mine is on Sunday! I guess we're gonna have another NBS birthday. @utopiajane
One of my favorite summer brews! Crisp and refreshing. Cheers BAs!
Happy Birthday! Your cake is the best ever!
Older pic. Going to be grabbing something else later.
OK! I love special occasions.
I have a feeling I am going to be consuming a lot of these.
How much per 4-pack?
Around $10, got a case for $55 after tax though.
$10? Wow! You guys have it really good in Wisconsin. I just got New Glarus fruits and I'm looking forward to trying all 4 of them. I just found out that they discontinued Strawberry Rhubarb.
As far as I know, strawberry rhubarb will be made again this year, it's listed as a year round on the website and I thought I heard they were asking for rhubarb donations again. And yes, we have it very good!
Grain d'Orge Blonde. Pas mal, as they say here in France.
They did change it. I looked at their site about 2-3 weeks ago and Strawberry Rhubard was under "Beers We Have Known And Loved". Not anymore. Great!
now Morning Wood.
That is a beautiful cake!
This is as good a warm weather, on the back deck beer as has ever been made. Can't use the IPA glasses my wife broke, but new ones are on the way.
... legendary German beer. One of the best Hefes, without a doubt.
... legendary German drunks! One of the best Teutonic thrash metal bands, without a doubt.
Soo dope! Enjoy your day brah!
Thanks for the info. Guess I should stock up on the Strawberry Rhubarb....maybe not.
What happened to Black Top??
Authentic German beer! Cheers BA!
it's been a while. so solid..
spinning this gem..
Not sure but my guess is sales weren't good enough to justify it being year round? Too bad as I love that beer.
Today and tomorrow is our annual Member-Guest tournament at my golf course. I've been playing with the same medical school classmate for twenty years, and we usually stink. For some reason, the golf gods smiled on us today. We're not only leading our flight, we're leading the whole tournament. Here's hoping we hold it together tomorrow.
So I'm drinking this summer ale from Baxter, and just not enjoying it that much. It's not very attractive, with a lot of sediment, and there's way too much lime in there for me.
Having a Gumballhead with the requisite hanging label while I paint my soon to be Brewers bags boards. They have been sucking lately but I will not lose faith.
Moving on to the only Harpoon UFO I never tried before. It may be the best one. What a great lawn mower beer. Fruit beers are hard to do well and they nailed it. It's like a baby Lambic.
New Holland The Poet
A decent oatmeal stout. Super easy to drink, almost like a milk stout. Nothing overpowering or overwhelming 3.5/5
Even better than I had thought it would be... A great late Friday afternoon snack.
I really enjoyed this one.
Best ipa I've had yet *( drinking a lunch after so this may change)
