Did you steep that All Day IPA with more hops?
Finally having this! And it's as good as everyone says. Here's to beer review # 700!
It's about *#!&$ time Friday got here.
Cheddar wants to thank everybody for all the good will towards Indy. Thanks again, everybody
And no rust? Lucky!
Great looking day outside. I'm a big Schlafly fan but really not feeling the X IPA...to much earthiness (dirt)? Pours pretty, lots of flotsam (very small particles)...6 weeks old, so it could be fresher but I don't really think that's it. Maybe the style?...not bad but not good...very middle of the road...it has gotten better as it warms...oh well...pop, pour, TICK!
and now for some culture...
Drinking a '10 Orval that the bartender at Trappistenhuis in Gent was nice enough to share from his cellar. All Brett characteristics are totally gone. Tastes very boozy now, almost as if it was aged in some sort of spirits barrel. Outstanding.
Enjoying a day off work. Starting out with one of my favorite beers. Cheers!
Happy Friday from the Prohibition Pig! Cheers!
Lawson's Sip of Sunshine
Hill Farmstead Edward
And Hill Farmstead Everett
Very middle of the road. Not bad. Just expected more. 3 Floyd's and all.
Just reviewed SN's Rain Check stout from their new NC brewery - 4.14 quite nice. An interesting take on the style with ginger and lime additions. No, I'm Not Telling Lies
"Just expected more. 3 Floyd's and all" - words i have uttered many times
Happy Friday stateside
Neither of these are spectacular but for the price they are amazing
Cheers to this!
Sipping on this while working on a puzzle that's been keeping me busy for a few days. Very refreshing!
Drinking a brew on a Friday? When am I not drinking a beer. Oh I know when I'm asleep or at my A.A. Meetings. I drink one afterwards.
Currently working my way through this bottle.
I feel like I'm on Maury and I stated I'm not that fond of Guezue. Test's determined, That was a Lie!
This Uzi Guezue doesn't get enough love.
Listening to this while I feel the 9volt battery I just licked wears off on my palate...
This remix is the $hit!
Cheers BAs, and have a safe weekend!
The planned lineup for later tonight:
People's Brown on nitro. Tastes like chocolate milk.
Freddy likes the sound of cold drink
He used to pop tops on Saturday
Sipping in the sun
Very nice very cheap
Thank you to Mike, 3 day old Zombie Dust, been awhile and one really great beer.
Pic isn't loading but enjoying a Winter Wookie.
First time, on a bike ride thanks to a half day...life is good.
Puttin' a couple of cold ones back while I wash the cars. A nap will follow, then it's the Angel game later tonight. It's only been 3 days, but I miss baseball already! Cheers all!
And a Good Friday to all:
Bored and wants to party on a Friday Night. Sounds like the "personal" ads on Craigslist.
Well doing science here on BA.
Courtesy @SomethingClever dank you again!
P.s. You should try it too.
Lawson's Super Session Ipa with Citra. Drinking very nice right now.
A lovely wit
I thought it was much better on tap. I bought 2 bottles and I don't think I'll ever buy any more.
Just a quick tick'n a review before mowing the lawn.
I'm very pleasantly surprised. I was aware of this beer's reputation, but I still can't believe it doesn't score higher. Easily one of the better 'big' India Pales that I've tried. I'm very pleased by the malt presence, but it still might be a tad too sweet to give it a perfect 5. Thanks again Dave!
Dogfish Head Palo Santo Marron & Maine Beer Co. Mean Old Tom....HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND!!!...CHEERS!
I'll play along! Although, I personally prefer a Fortunate World. Cheers!
