Sipping on leftover Pannepot Reserva 2010 OA from venison ragout X-mas dinner. As much as I love my American big stouts... to all you non-Belgians: it sucks to be you right now! -hiccup-

One day Jack's Abby may release a beer that I don't like at all, but it sure hasn't happened yet.

Whatever you're celebrating or not celebrating, I hope it's a good one for you.

Just finished some cleaning, so now I'm enjoying some coffee with a splash of Bulleitt as I watch Christmas cartoons with my son. It's snowing like crazy out, quite unexpectedly. Now it feels like Christmas. :D

BCBS on tap later, and who knows what else.

Abrasive. I'll have to tackle a 4 calling birds solo later. The wife and I usually split the previous years Christmas beer, since she's pregnant, no go.

I've absolutely demolished my IPA stash over the last couple weeks, so I picked up one of my old go-to DIPA's. It's no Pliny, but it's affordable and pretty damn tasty.

Man, I am envious. I went to the store closest to me, only to see the SN Celebration Ale no where to be found in its designated spot. :( That was highly disappointing. Having an Old Fezziwig now, all will be well soon!

For Christmas Eve me and the roommates are opening a couple Dark Horse 4elf's, Southern Tier Imperial Krampus, FFF Baller Stout, Oddside Mourning Wood, Dark Horse BBPt5, and some Bells Christmas Ales.

Have about an hour before I have to head over to the in-laws. Don't want to be drunk, but a small buzz is a good way to get through the screaming kids and right wing side of her family.

Had a Dale's Pale Ale (this was much better than the one I had last night, which I don't think was cold enough.), Eliot Ness, Tocobaga, and continuing on the beers that awesome BeerAdvocate Kirbmeist brought me from Florida :

Merry whatever you celebrate/don't celebrate. I hope you're all as close to comfortable and happy as you can get tonight. Play with your kids, bang your wives, drink some beers, eat some cookies, open a present, drink another beer, and enjoy how strange it is to exist.
