speaking of happiness, terra incognito is a winner.

 

Back home now, enjoying a can of CCB/Kyle Hollingsworth's Happening Now Session IPA, along with some kale and a kimchi-ish quesadilla I made when I got in. Watching John Mulaney's special "New in Town," which is fantastic. Saude, galera! And GO IRISH!

 

Also had these goodies with dinner

Holy crap! This is amazing!

 

Thought the last beer was the night cap, but I guess not.

 

Just got a wee taster of this. It tastes fine, but I am happy to move on to something better.

 

In this order Fresh Squeezed, Zombie Dust, PsuedoSue, Scream..great buzz coming on...and my taste buds are glad to be mine

 

Eh, my buddy bailed on holding a cookout at his place today, so I sat around drinking beer and watching college ball. Guess I can't complain either way:



The best part about bitters/ESBs? They aren't bitter AT ALL, and a lot of people don't realize it. This beer, in fact, is one of the maltiest, smoothest beers I've ever had and I really need to buy it more often. Delicious.





This beer is a revelation on Nitro. Much better than the standard version, which is already a fantastic beer. Buy this immediately.




An old favorite for a nightcap. No description needed. Always have a few of these on standby.


If I'm being honest, I got sort of drunk and listened to that Ed Sheeran Hobbit song about 30 times today. So good. But for variety's sake, here's another English singer songwriter type I like:

I think I have found my new favorite year round coffee stout. The can may say " Not for use with donuts" but I could definitely do one of these first thing in the morning with some pancakes and eggs.

Or at 10:00 at night while listening to Abney Park and the woes of modern society.
