    My intention today when I picked these up was to share them with my brother in law who helped me pick up my new couch. He's one of those guys who likes good beer but won't try new things on his own so gets stuck in a bit of a homer/ mainstream adjunct rut. But shit happens and he couldn't make it over this evening and try as I might I couldn't resist popping one of these beauties without him.

    I may have grabbed this four pack today but it has about 9 mo on it and is excellent. I haven't tried this particular offering from Unibroue before, as all I could find of it were bombers previously, but for $10.00 a four pack it is definitely and for sure something that I can pick up year round and enjoy. Whether it be on a 108 degree day after work or sitting in front of the fire place in mid winter.
    Now for some " End of the World" tunes.

    Besides a GI Honkers and a Leinenkugel Helles Yeah at my watering hole, I've had a Boulder Shake and am now sipping a Bells Oracle I found hidden in the cellar. Definitely not what it once was but still quite tasty.
