So I'm off work all week and have been getting at it early. I guess I have to start today's.
Nothing to fuss about, just my late morning stout.
I kinda drank it all while waiting for this to be created.

Bolt Cutter. Sucks. Doubt I could tell the difference between it and Devil Dancer, if I was tasting them blind. So disappointing...zero hint of barrel aging in this thing, just hot booze. I have some more bottles too, I'll probably end up sitting on them for a while and see what happens.

    Ah well, cheers!

Fantastic beer. I had the white oak jai alai at the brewhouse. Cans sold out hours before I arrived, so I'm in search of it now.

Just opened my first He'brew Jewbelation Sweet 16. This is a big beer at 16% ABV. I'll be enjoying this one slowly.

Sitting down to cheer on my Scarlet Knights in the Russell Athletic Bowl on ESPN. Working on a Tröegs Perpetual IPA, then I think I'm moving to a River Horse Oatmeal Milk Stout.

I found the Bolt Cutter to be quite a bit boozier than Devil Dancer. The initial punch from Bolt Cutter fades suddenly, while the taste of Devil Dancer stays with you for awhile. I don't think I will go out of my way to find a second bottle of either one.

I still LOVE that label. I think it's the best Homebrew label I've seen.
