Like prune juice, but in a good way on a damp winter night.
Now tapering with Ommegang Abbey Ale. Put me down as liking Dubbels & Quads, but when it comes to Trips not so much.

Good evening BAs! As the label clearly states, Lagunitas sucks. Cheers all!
It's really good! Definitely worthy of the hype.
I am glad my cool new camera really shows how dirty my glass is.
Welcome back, dude. Try and behave.
Drinking a Cafe Royal. I must say it's a LOT different than last year. Less Bourbon forward for sure but more integrated and much better done. I do prefer last year though none the less amazing.
Sitting with the dog in front of the fire working on a Zinneke frm Smuttyose. Wile I can certainly appreciate what they were shooting for here it does lack for being bourbon barrel Aged.
One of my Christmas presents.
Brekle's Brown Ale from Anchor Brewing. It's nice.
That's a 22 oz bomber next to my Duvel "Flying Bats" tulip.
Trying a Summit Old 152....Kentucky Common. Not what I was expecting, but still drinkable. Had a better version at Against the Grain in Louisville.
Now, onto this
Not pictured, very large glass of water.
That bottle of Bulleitt had been annoying me for a while because it was almost empty and taking up shelf space in my spirits cabinet. Some cowboy coffee this week, and this wee dram, and its out with the recycling finally.
I wanted something a little lighter after the Yeti so I thought the Schlafly pumpkin fit the bill nicely. Now the question is what to do with my last pumpkin? Save for next year to do a mini vert for shits and giggles, or drink it in the next few weeks?
Ha, I'll try my best. Can't make any promises.
Likewise if you find yourself on the east coast!
This is taking my Friday to the next level...
These have been sitting on the shelves of a local shop for months.
I will be buying every bottle left
Glad to see this back...
Started with this heavenly elixir which blew my mind (with Swamp People in the background):
Now I'm on this, which is also blowing my mind (with Scrubs in the background):
Two of the best beers I've ever had. Not bad for one night.
Enjoying my first North Coast Old Rasputin. Excellent beer. Putting this on my list of favorite stouts. I wish I could say I was enjoying the Mizzou v. UCLA bball game as much right now! Cheers.
Started with this...
Ended with that...
I loved that when I first had it.
Right now I'm prepping for the incoming snow with some Widmer Bros. Brrr and hoping that my job closes tomorrow.
2013 has landed. Though it's best with a couple years of age, gotta try it fresh too!
Holy cow it's after 7:30 on a Friday! That's way past my drinking time! To get things started:
I'm in the same boat, only it's 10:30 here in VA. Had dinner with the girlfriend's parents and nursed a single Two Hearted. Now I'm home and it's time to catch up!
Started the night off with a Mikkeler Single Hop Saaz, a Jolly Pumpkin La Parcela, and a bottle of Sour Bitch out at the bar, then came home and had a 3F Oude Kriek, now drinking a Petrus Aged Pale! So much wild tonight
I did flights at Thirsty Dog, Ohio Brewing, and Lagerheads today, and I steeled in back home with a Columbus Brewing Co. Winter Warmer, Cellar Rats Pale and IPA, and a Fatheads Bumble Berry.
Girlfriend is drinking my last Lagerheads Winter Mischief right now.
