    Well, they're two different beasts. Black Note is seamless in all aspects IMO, and the Black Gold is still quite boozy, but has mellowed out quite a bit. I really enjoyed the Black Gold though as well, think it definitely depends on what kinda mood you're in.... Big, tasty, flavorful,(BG) and boozy, or smooth, creamy, easier drinking(BN).

    Double fisting Ten Fidy - canned 8/29/13 and 8/26/14. More licorice in taste and aroma in the '13. The ''14 is much more roasty. Can't decide which is better. Will drink them both.

    Started off with Sierra Nevada Vienna Lager which was great and now moving on to Tumbler which is even better. Fairly complex for a brown ale. Lots going on. Both beers were firsts for me. Loving this mixed fall pack so far.
