Their job is to make the life of the guy trying to dick their daughter as miserable as possible until she gets hitched. Trust me, having been a teenage boy and now the father of a teenage daughter, I've been on both sides of this equation. But if you really love her, it's worth it. Have a safe and happy New Year with your girl!

Well, I'm just starting the expansion, I'm more of a Mage than a warrior... Sorry had to!
I like it. It smells delicious. Smooth. Very well balanced. And I realize that by saying this, I'm putting myself out there for ridicule, tar and feathering, etc... But I honestly would prefer to have a bottle of 120 if you put a gun to my head and yelled 'pick one!'
Not to say that Pliny isn't a very good tasty beer. But in all fairness I'm still having that first tulip slowly so I can try it at several different temperatures. As it warms more I'm enjoying it more (not a surprise)

Flying in a few hours for my greatgrandmother's 100th birthday on 01/01. Since there will be none good beer there for new year's eve and for her birthday I'm having a good flight/celebration beer:

For some reason I always drink Quads before flying, it's almost a tradition now.

After drinking some homebrews and Zombie Dust tonight, I decided to have a Matilda bottled 9 months ago. Haven't had this in forever. Holy shit is this delicious. Brettanomyces of any strain is officially one of my favorite things now. Light funk with tons of fruity complexity. This is impressive. It is time to infect one my own brews soon.
