raspberry oatmeal milk stout
really love this brewery, starting off the night with this nice DIPA, cheers everyone, happy weekend
Just a hint of mint, I like it. Wish I has some thin mints in the cellar...
She loves to say Daddy's beer. Doesn't always reflect well on Daddy when she says it in public.
Only had one of these in inventory; time to update the shopping list.
Got up early and waited in line for this... first impressions pretty good!
You're missing out. It's one of the best Imperial Reds being made. I'm going to do a direct comparison with G'Knight next to see which I prefer. They're both excellent though.
Deschutes's Hop Trip.
And some Yob.
that's a great call if i ever heard one
Don't look back, I quit March 31st this year. I'm not really saving money, but I'm drinking better beer.
couldn't agree more, trades arrive at forty degrees. awesome.
Old standby. You can count on this one as much as you can depend on FSU pretending they're gonna lose a game. Suckers!!! Cheers.
An almost flavorless beer...
So this is happening tonight.
I'm celebrating Arizona's win today, and looking forward to the big game next Friday vs. ASU that my son and I are attending in Tucson after chasing some Bourbon County around in the morning. Double cheers!
That's what I keep reading around here. And I love the style so I SHOULD grab a bomber. But I am loving Global Warmer and 6 packs >>>> bombers, so I can just see myself being foolish and cheap here and sticking with GW. I'll try to force myself to grab a Lagunaties, but no promises.
Never been able to get into G'Knight, personally. Enjoyed it at their taproom but every can I have ever bought I have found to show the alcohol a lot stronger than I have enjoyed. For me, Odell's Runoff Red remains the king of hoppy reds.
This Cigar City Oktoberfest was a extra in a trade - a very nice extra.
I'm anxious to compare this, which I've had before, to the Imperial Biscotti Break Natale that I picked up this week. Cheers Everyone!
I hear ya. I'll take a sixer over a bomber any day but at least Lagunitas bombers are cheap. Usually $3.99 here.
I lover pretty much everything from Odell but I wasn't a big fan of their Runoff Red. Not sure why not.
Putting up Xmas decorations, enjoying a Pliny. And yes my wife let me get away with playing some Slayer while decorating.
One of my top 5, damn good beer!
Got mine this morning, waiting to try it over Thanksgiving - never had!
what's the verdict on both compared?
At Rhinegeist Brewery drinking a Homie Double IPA.
Breaking in the new glass with the Brothers! Cheers!
Thanks for the share @Bowers-Brew !
Your thoughts? I can't recall if you were one of the guys who was bagging on this because when you got it it was past its prime.
Personally, since the brewery is a hop, skip and a jump from my house, I get this fresh as can be and @jzeilinger will attest to how good this is fresh.
'Nother new one for me....
nicely done, evil twin...
Bringing my pulse back to normal with this after the Badgers' win
I'm doing a little quality check right now-
I wouldn't want to bring something for Thanksgiving that wasn't up to snuff, now would I?
I'm loving this right now- the bourbon provides just the right accent, and you can definitely tell it's Narwhal as a base. If anything, some rough edges are smoothed out a bit, too. Great job by SN.
I guess it's good enough for the family...
I'm still in the jazz guitar mood. Something nice and mellow here-
Leaving after this one, to a garage poker game where the majority of the beer being consumed will be BMC.
A rainy Saturday afternoon, a movie, and a beer... not a bad day:
Mass produced, but still pride of Oslo. In production since 1859
Mass Whole Hefeweizen at the hotel before we hit the town. Cheers!
That ain't your daddy's Michigan team, but it counts. The Terps have put up a respectable first season in the B1G. Now if we can only have the quarterback that can throw show up on the same day as the receivers that can catch!
Didn't want to open another big barrel-aged beer, so I'm opening a little barrel-aged beer. Not exactly Maryland, but close enough.
Not sure how I feel about this one. Vanilla, oranges, tartness.. Weird combo.
