Starting off the day at Old Stagecoach Inn in Waterbury, VT, enjoying some Double Galaxy with the lady after our trip to Hill Farmstead yesterday...

Definitely more to come later... What's in your glass today!
    Cheers!

Definitely meets the hype. If you trade, your Cali locals could definitely land you some regular lineup brews and growler fills!

I know they make great beer, but they come across, in design, and in other ways, as the most pretentious brewer in America.

First time with this one...I'm thinking it may be a little old. I'll try it again sometime to see if it improves.

Noonish and kicking off with a neglected bomber of Alameda Black Bear XX Stout. While nothing spectacular, it seems to have held up well considering it was bottled in December, 2011! Later on today I'm going to take myself on a field trip to either Budge Bros. or Iron Goat, with growler in hand.

Yes, the tall WINE glasses, the bottles that look like WINE bottles. The elegant human names for their beers. The prices. Just my opinion.
