    Sam Adams Rebel Rouser DIPA.. it's good.. I didn't like Rebel IPA, but this was a pleasant surprise.. it's not mindblowing, but it's very respectable.. cheers..

    Second round of homebrew kegged and bottled. This one was fantastic!
    Inspired by Three Floyds' Zombie Dust and Toppling Goliath's PseudoSue, this is Patient Zero. A pale ale brewed with 100% Citra hops. Runs at 5.6% ABV and 40 IBUs. Full of flavor, yet still infinitely drinkable. Smells like someone cut up a mango and shoved it up your nostrils. I couldn't be happier with how this turned out, and hope I can repeat it! Also this song is stuck in my head. Get it stuck in yours, too.

    I had two interviews today and it stressed the hell out of me. I definitely deserve a couple beers so I decided to have a mini tasting to see witch one of these Belgian IPA's I like more once and for all.

    Dernière Volonté takes it. As much as I like Raging Bitch for the upfront american hops, Dernière Volonté is more balanced and complex. Two tasty brews that are underrated in my opinion.
