    That hoppy Coffee Stout got me aching for another brew.

    This is slightly on the sweeter side of the Dubbel Spectrum, but nothing I can't handle. There's a nice underlaying tartness and dry finish that helps cut the overall sweetness. A very solid American take on the Dubbel style.

    Musical Selection:

    I do have some Irish heritage, so it is fun to partake in the festivities. More importantly though, my middle child is 12 today. My brother is still sitting on a Guinness "souvenir" pint glass that he had one in at the bar down the street when he left me without beer at the hospital. He plans to give it to him on his 21st. Only 9 more years till he and I can drink one of these together:wink:
