OK, following up the Sculpin with the Stone Go To IPA, was the wrong order. The Sculpin is definitely better. I just wanted to start with that one since I've heard so much for so long.

Splitting this with a buddy. Nice spice. Lingers for a minute for sure. Most importantly, as a stout, alone, it stands out. Very good.

Thanks. I've got to pass the Class A portion for combination vehicles for my job. It's going good so far; I've got basic driving skills, straight backing, and offset down pretty good. Next is parallel parking and alley docking.

Nice observation - but there's a reason to send this one back and it's not the pour, or the fault of the beer.

BINGO - nice job! Most folks dont know that. While it's likely not a huge - make you sick - deal... it effected the taste of the Curmudgeon. I sent it back and got a pour in a wine glass that didn't have that issue and the beer was significantly better.

Huge thanks to @LeperJim and @WesMantooth for the idea of Rock Out with Your Bock Out! Cool idea and a great way to spread the idea of some to the more awesome beers out there in styles we don't often appreciate. Props to all the Bros & Hos out there that have participated in this fun drinking event! Prost BAs!

Gonna sip on this fantastic brew until I pass out or fall asleep (what's the difference really?). I'd say, and I'm sure you'll all agree that Bock Day was a wild, drunken success and we should all raise our glasses to @WesMantooth and @LeperJim for such a great production. Although I didnt Bock Out myself, as of this post I am pretty well s-MASH-ed. Well done all. Let's do it again tomorrow. Cheers all. Have a great rest of your Saturday night.

Usually I sip and savor whatever I'm having in the evenings while browsing BA or writing papers. But this summbitch right here is so smooth and clean finishing it's begging me to down it in a couple mouthfuls. We'll see what wins out.

Whole turkey, store bought. Sitting in brine now, going on the smoker mid-morning tomorrow. Gonna try smoking some strips of bacon on rack above turkey so grease drippings help turkey skin crisp up and keep bird moist. Going to be doing a few birds this year in preparation for next Thanksgiving. Hopefully done for the Nascar race, otherwise will make for helluva meal for Badger's game.
