    Because, why not? Bottle 03/2014. The bourbon really mellows with age and this beer becomes so much more balanced.

    Its not a side-by-side, but I opened this right behind the High West-ified. SMS is so much more coffee-heavy and then with a little more alcohol burn. High West-ified is more even on the bourbon and coffee.
