Listening to this classic ...
Madtree Citra High DIPA. I have new fav.
Not my image since I left my iPad at school....
Honestly, I am not blown away by this. I was hoping for a citrus bomb, but they seem to have gone heavy on the simcoe. Piney as hell. Too bad they didn't make Citra and Azacca the stars of the beer.
Finishing these off as I impatiently wait for Hoptimum to work its way through our less than desirable distribution chain. The nice weather this week is quickly bringing the trees to life.
Some Hunter with my Hunter!
first time with this one
Enjoying the summer weather with a solid local pale ale.
So it's my birthday and I wanted some special beer. I purchased Clown Shoes Fistful of Unidragons (barrel aged Good, Bad, and the Unidragon), and Green Flash Cellar 3 BA Silva Stout. Decided to pop the Silva first. ALL BUTTER. I've never contacted a brewery in disappointment before, but I'm doing it today. I spent $20 on a bottle of I Can't Believe It's Not Butter! I love you Green Flash, but I can't have this.
Happy as a mother clucker to have this fresh.
So happy, that I got 2 four packs *would have gotten more if not for financial reasons
Another notable thing in history (at least for this movie buff) is 100 years ago today was the birth of Orson Welles. I'll be watching The Magnificent Ambersons tonight in tribute.

Yes! Wonderful (and quite under-regarded) brew.
Dayum! Good stuff!
Went to the store looking for Fat Head's Trail Head. None to be found. They had these 4/14 bottled 6 packs though. It's not like I can not buy them.
Art Hop Ale by Magic Hat....Pilsner brewed with peppercorn........Love the bottle....
Looks like someone with a major infection. I dig it.
Happy birthday. Thought the Silva Stout was fantastic myself. Did get a little butter, but in a good way.
Grey Sail Captain's Daughter. Haven't had this in a glass in a long while and I can say that this might be the best batch they've made.
Another solid beer from Toronto's best brewery. Bellwoods Dry Stout.
Clown Shoes Clementine. I think this is a vibrant Witbier.
Sierra Nevada Hoptimum. I haven't had this in about 3 years and I definitely forgot how good this is.
