    I got this from Gilla, he got it as an extra at a bottle share. Now I'm enjoying it. It really is up my alley. Sweet and Sessionable.

    Edit: It might be new, I've never heard of them as well.

    Worked late tonight. I tried this fresh and then a few times over the course the past 6 months where it is now. It hasn't changed too much. It still has a big hop bite with pine and citrus, toasted malt is there and a really great mouthfeel. Carton Epitome...

    Just finished off my second (and last :slight_frown:) bottle of this one:

    Raven's Roost from Parkway Brewing, located not too far from me in Salem, VA (same town where my sister went to college!)

    First Baltic porter I've ever tried, and probably my favorite porter overall so far -- liked it pretty well the first time, but it seems it has definitely grown on me between Bottle #1 and Bottle #2, because this one was really good. Very nice blend of roastiness and toffee-like sweetness going on in the flavor of this one. Will have to remember to grab a full six-pack sometime in the future when "dark roasty/malty/sweet beer weather" comes around again (...and when my fridge isn't already full of beer. XD)

    I've tried the DIPA from Alaskan, but never the Icy Bay. Kind of a mixed bag for me. But spring is fully upon us here in Wisconsin, and I'm definitely enjoying my little beer buzz. Cheers, all.

    The hysteria w/Treehouse is reaching fever pitch. Reports of lines starting 4 hrs before opening scare me -- luckily I've been able to pull off a few trades lately w Hudsonheat. This one an absurdly tropical 5.6 percenter. Really nice brew.

    Drinking my first Avery Uncle Jacob Stout. As good as BCBS, maybe better (maybe!). I needed something big to take the edge off my extreme rage at the NFL and Rodger Goodell. I should have known he would have gotten the sladerous witch hunt investigation he paid for...

    I'm just not a huge fan of Amarillo hops. Same reason I didn't like Just Outstanding from Kern River. I do like Simcoe but all I tasted was Amarillo.
