    Love this beer ! Soooo much coffee. Found at bottle shop for $5.50. Local bar has to go for $12 per. Yikes !

    I loved nitro beer when I first got into craft stuff, I assume because it made me think of Guinness, which is how I got into beer period. Then I soured on nitro as I realized it did, indeed, often dull the aroma and flavor of a beer. I'll be darned, though, if this Mexican Hot Chocolate Sizzurp by Fate wasn't one of the best nitro brews -- hell, any kind of brew -- I've had. Spent a lot of time (and dough) chasing down Huna/Abraxas/Mexican Cake/Bomb/etc, but this is what I've been waiting for.

    It's cold and windy here so I looked in the cellar for something that would be appropriate. Got a bottle of Avery Brewing Samael's Ale. Hadn't tried it before. Can't win them all. After a sip or two...drainpour. Opened a bottle of Stone Double Bastard. MUCH better.
